Such a beautiful day it was today! We spent most of the day at a friend's outdoor barbeque/birthday party...lots of FUN! I also spent the weekend pulling weeds...lots of weeds after that last rain! I just love spring! So exciting to see all my perrennials blooming and the beautiful hummingbirds and yellow finches eating from the feeders! Here's a few pics from my gardens.......

Bad "Timing"!!!!!

Hope everyone had a nice Memorial Day Weekend!

Ours started out a bit rough.....My Mom got "Clocked"!!!!!

Friday night while I was out scrapping, Mom fell at home and took the Grandfather Clock down with her!

Our late night consisted of an ambulance ride, lots of blood, Emergency Room until 4am and 2 staples in the back of her head! Amazingly enough she DID NOT break anything...and that's including the darn Grandfather Clock also! My dear friend Shelly, who is also our local EMT, came with me to the hospital and stayed with us until 4am...I am so blessed to have her in my life!

As for Mom....I would say she had some "BAD TIMING" Friday evening!!!!! Hey...if ya can't laugh over life, I'd be crying all the "time"!

Mom is doing much better and gets her staples out tomorrow! It's about "time"!!!! (hee, hee!)

TGIF!!!!

YAHOO!!!! It's Friday and a nice long weekend!!! I plan on spending some of the day in my gardens weeding and then scrappin with my dear friend Kathy tonight!

For now, Lauren and I are off to "cuddle and coo" over the 2 most beautiful twins, Cassie and Billy!!! My friends Jen & Jerry had twins a few weeks ago.....they are just precious, healthy and so darn tinny(each 5lbs)...but doing fantastic and HOME!!!

I scrapped Saturday evening! Used the new Pink Paislee line...Fascinating!

This is Shayla and me...I am Shayla's Personal Assistant. I care for her at her home once she gets off the school bus...Shayla has a rare fatal disease called Mytocondrial and seizure disorder. I've worked with her now for 2 1/2 years and I am totally in love with her!

................an empty pool is never a good sign!

I guess hubbie did slice the liner when he put the solar-cover roller thingie on! UGH!!!!!

Well.....this liner lasted 8 years, not bad!

I also finished working on all my flower pots yesterday......why don't ya join me for a cup of coffee on the front porch!

This is a photo of Connor and Hannah....they went to Hannah's Prom at Osage HS in Missouri last month! Don't they look gorgoeous!

Justin went to his Prom on Friday! Our first kid to go! It was so exciting....it was fun seeing all the kids dressed up at the Prom Walk! Justin said he had a great time!
I just can't believe he is already 17....so grown up, has such a good head on his shoulders! Isn't he so handsome!!!! Here's a few pics!
