OneLittleWord

A single word can be a powerful thing. It can be the ripple in the pond that changes everything. It can be sharp & biting or rich & soft.  It can be a catalyst for enriching your life.

In 2006, Ali Edwards began a tradition of choosing one word for herself each January — a word that she can focus on, mediate on, and reflect upon as she goes about her daily life for that entire year. These words have each become a part of her life.

I've decided to choose a word this year!

Why don't you join me......

Can you identify a single word that sums up what you want for yourself in 2011?

It can be something tangible or intangible. It could be a thought, a feeling, or an emotion. It can be singular or plural. The key is to find something that has personal meaning for you.
One little word can have big meaning in your life if you allow yourself to be open to the possibilities.

My word for 2011 is strength............

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.
