Busy, Busy, Busy.....

That's me this week! It's been non-stop here with family responsibilities, work, volunteering, meetings BUT no scrapping! ..............I finally have a few minutes to blog!

This is a new week (YIKES! it's almost over) at Sketches!{by tamara} ........ a Recipe Challenge!

This weeks Recipe Challenge came from Rachel, one of the Design Team Members here at Sketches! {by tamara}.

Please use at least these three items on your layouts or cards:
Embossing

Vellum or Transparency
Felt

This was a tough one for me! I'll get you for this Tamara!!!!! LOL

I seldom use vellum or transparencies and I have never embossed!   BUT, low and behold I finally found use for this transparent card that has been in my "stash" for a year!!!  And I had fun embossing!!  I even added heat embossing glitter stuff on it!

(Note to self: Vacuum my scrapping space at the Scrappy Cat...umm, I have glitter everywhere!!!)
(OH.....and Note to any scrapper who will try heat embossing.....uh, make sure you first use the glue stamp on the paper before you sprinkle the embossing glitter on it! DUH! Then when you apply the heat it won't all BLOW off all over the place!!! )

YEP!   This happened to Lucy too!!!!!!

If you decide to do the challenge, I would love to take a peek. Just leave a link in the comment section at Sketches!{by tamara} so we can find yours.

Also using this weeks Recipe Challenge is the weekly Guest Designer...Eva Virag.  Eva lives in the heart of Central Europe in Hungary in a small village near Budapest!  Go HERE to get to  know Eva and see her Fabulous Layout.

Have a wonderful Thursday! Thanks for checkin out all my "bolognie"!
