Snow, snow, snow.....

Lots of snow...It's been snowing all day! We probaly have about 10 inches!

So we have been snuggled up watching movies and eating left-overs! I love these kind of winter days!

Christmas was wonderful! We always host Christmas Day with hubbie's family...this year we had 17 family members...Lots of laughs, good food, family stories and yummy desserts!

Tried my darnest to get a good photo of the kids.....how hard could it be to get 3 teenagers to smile & pose nicely??????

I finally got the tree up today! I know....5 days until Christmas! Now I have to finish shopping!!!! YIKES!

Always evolving...

That's me.....always evolving, changing, learning. Whether it be my blog, scrapbooking, parenting or personally...I hope I never become stagnant. Sometimes I fight the change and sometimes I welcome it or at times it's inevitable!

Day by day our family is changing, growing and evolving. Justin (18 yrs old) has finally chosen a college! He's decided to attend University of Louisville in the fall! GO CARDINALS! I am so excited for him yet so sad for me and Michael....we will miss him terribly. Kentucky is 5-6 hours away...it will be a huge change for us all in the fall.

On the scrapbooking news front.....I am SO EXCITED!!!! I am back on the Design Team for Sketches! {by tamara}........YAHOO!!!! Check it out in January!!!!! I'm hoping to help get your "creative mojo flowing"!!!!

Well.....our first snow is upon us!

Snow, sleet, ice, 30 ml/hr winds, 13 degrees...

country roads are treacherous with blowing and white-outs!

All turkeyed out!

It was a wonderful Thanksgiving day here!

I cooked.....turkey was moist (thank goodness!...last year it was bone dry!), all the fixings were awesome....taco dip was fab and dessert was amazing!

My youngest sister Jane and her hubbie Rex came in from California...and our oldest son Justin invited his girlfriend Alex also! We ate, laughed and told childhood stories! It was a day full of "thankful" moments!
