Weekend Scrappin Retreat!

Sooooooo......here's layout #2 from my fab weekend of scrappin! This is it folks....so enjoy! LOL

I used the new line of paper from Pink Paislee...I don't know about you but it took me some getting use to the idea of Pink Paislee stepping out of their "norm" with these paper colors! I so miss the bright pinks, greens and blues BUT....I'm learning to broaden my scrappin tastes!

I'm Back!!!

Happy Monday everyone!
Got back yesterday from my "amazing" scrappin weekend! Nothin like spending some time with your "girlfriends"...laughing, talking, laughing, eating, laughing, talking.....OH yah , and scrapping!!!


Sooooooo.....I'm sure you're all wondering how many layouts I completed.................well, inbetween all the laughing and talking I had a hard time staying focused....(imagine that!!! Rolling eyes right now!)......ummmmm, welllllllll, I completed 2 layouts!
I know, I know........2??????
BUT...........they are 2 darn good ones!!!!! (trying to justify it....is it working????) SHEEESH!

I completed this one on the weekend! Don't you just love the "birdie" diecut paper from Prima Marketing! The photos are from my yard...I just LOVE spring! Check out the robin....she has all white feathers...actually she looks as if she is albino!

Hmmm...Blog Candy is no different than a Tootsie Roll Sucker!

April Fools!

Wednesday.....hump day! Alas...April Fools!

I totally forgot about April Fools and the kids got me this morning!
Connor faked that he was feeling "sick" today and didn't want to go to school.............this was perfect because a few months ago when Justin and Lauren were both pretty sick, Connor faked a sore throat and I BELIEVED him...weeks later he admitted it!
So....I was a bit aggravated this morning when he started moaning and whining about staying home! DARN those sneaky kids!!!!
I plan on scrapping tonight in town...Yahoo!
