Lately...

I've been ..."A Day Late and a Dollar Short"!  (That phrase was for Ardith & Melissa!)

I missed posting Wednesday's Dippin' Dot Digitals over at Paper Popsicles! Keeping with the Mother's Day theme, the DT created cards exclusively using 2 different Cheeky Radish digital designs!

I'm still struggling with this darn sinus infection...I had to stop taking the prednisone this morning...  OMG, I had a weird reaction...major anxiety/hyperness/panic attacks, intense headache, sick to my stomach and insomnia last night...it was a rough night & it really scared me which added to the darn anxiety. Plus Michael was out of town so I panicked being on my own!
But I am better today...no more prednisone!

Ice Cream Week!

Who doesn't love ice cream?!!!! Well Paper Popsicles sure does! Check out wants going on there this week! It's very YUMMY!!!!!

What's your favorite flavor of ice cream?
 Mine is cookie dough! There is a fabulous ice cream/custard joint about 20 miles from home called Ollie's...........oh how I LOVE OLLIE'S!!!!  The vanilla custard ice cream with MASSIVE chunks of cookie dough puts me in the "best mood" ever!

I also love using Paper Popsicles shaped cards! They are so fun to create....and cheap! This ice cream cone shaped card is only 99 cents! And you can re-use that template as many times as you want!  Check out all of Paper Popsicles Card Templates HERE!

Moosetrack Monday!

Sew......how's your day been going sew far? My morning has been sew busy!  [hee hee!]

But I did find time to pop on over to Paper Popsicles...and I hope you do too for Moosetrack Monday! Welcome to a new week and a new theme…this week it’s all about sewing…we want to see machine, stamped, hand-drawn, or rubbed on…it’s all about the stitching!  SEW are you game?

Melissa created some fun shaped cards this week!!! I used the crown card...you can buy it HERE!

I of course used Cosmo Cricket papers! And LOOK I actually pulled out the sewing machine and used real thread!!! Didn't turn out too bad either! Personally I feel that stitching does not need to be perfectly executed, I think it looks really artsy when it's a bit messy! SEW stitch away!

TGIF.....finally!

FRIDAY!!!!! yipee!

Taking my oldest son, Justin & his girlfreind Alex for Prom tux fitting this afternoon! It should be fun! 

Then Saturday to the mall with Lauren to find a graduation "party" dress!!! Yikes....she already hit the cyber-shopping to find what she wants and has pics up all over the frig!

Aren't they just adorable!!!!  I like the black one.....but it's up to her!!!! Can't wait to see the heels she is picking out!!!! oh boy...............

WOW....for those of you who know Lauren....this is such a complete turn-around from her previous 6 years of struggling with her OCD issues!  So at this point, if she wants a "designer dress"......well, I'm taking up donations.....anyone interested?????  JK.....her limit is $100!!!!

Moosetrack Monday!

This week at Paper Popsicles is all about Birthdays!

Melissa is starting the week off with a CHALLENGE.

Here's my layout.......(I actually started this LO a few weeks ago and this challenge just forced me to finish it! )

This is my dear friend Vicki & her daughter Shayla! Shayla has a severe form of Mitochondrial Disease.
I am Shay's home personal aide...in the past 4 months the disease has progressed and she is unable to attend school...but that gives me more time to hang-out with my special girlie!

I will frame this layout and give it to Vicki!
